The OEM project team will benefit from structured training. In the early phase of the project during requirements capture and definition, the CONOP workshops and training will assist in the clear definition of need. Thereafter, internal project and engineering staff will benefit from a foundation understanding of the holistic aspect of ISR in order to develop, produce and test in an operational context and the end user can be sold training to accelerate their development, bring forward FOC and promote the OEM product in the best light.
