Overview:
Focused on the tactical level of war, this course empowers junior leaders and staff officers to plan and execute battle-group level operations, integrating fires, ISR, and manoeuvre elements.
Aim:
To train personnel in the tactical-level planning process and enhance their ability to create executable plans aligned with operational objectives.
High-Level Training Objectives:
Apply tactical planning models such as the Estimate and Orders Process.
Develop synchronization matrices and fire plans.
Understand command relationships and delegation of authority.
Integrate ISR assets to support tactical decision-making.
Brief and deliver orders effectively.
